Who Can Attend?

Any young person between the ages of 13-21 years old

Chaperones:

Youth leaders, congregational volunteers, and parents are welcome to chaperone once approved. The YMJA requires a background check to be submitted that is no more than 2 years old. Please note, chaperones are required to pay the retreat cost and fill out the registration form. Please email ymja1967@gmail.com if you are interested in registering as a chaperone. 

How Much Does It Cost?

• $199 for early registration
• $225 for late registration
• $10 for YMJA 2026/2027 membership dues

(If you are a new member to the YMJA or have not paid the 2024/2025 YMJA membership dues)

How to Register and Pay:

When registration is live, click the button for your region’s retreat (make sure you register for the right one!).

Follow the directions and fill out the forms and complete payment (if you prefer to pay by check, please select the “pay later” option).

Please note: Registration includes housing (separate cabins for ladies and gentlemen), all activities, and meals beginning with breakfast on Saturday morning and ending with lunch on Sunday. Registration is only complete when all forms, waivers, and payments are completed.

Health Precautions:

We are trying to prevent the spread of any illness at our retreats. If you have a fever or any other symptoms of illness please refrain from coming.

Drug Notice:

Alcohol, tobacco, and cannabis/marijuana are strictly prohibited on the retreat property. Any violations of this rule will result in dismissal from the retreat at the violator’s expense and the banning of said violator from future YMJA retreats.
